Enjoy the sunrise from the front porch and the gorgeous sunset over the lake in the back. Completely remodled, fresh and clean. Features a gorgeous open concept kitchen with huge island. The living room features a large sectional couch. The main shower is brand new. No Smoking 🚭 No Pets 🐕 🐈‍⬛

The Blue Maiden - built in 1880

This unique place has a style all its own. Recently updated, the Blue Maiden was built in 1880 as a home to the servants who worked in the mansions prevalent in Farrington's Grove. She is 1.4 miles from downtown and ISU campus, between two hospitals, and convenient to St. Mary of the Woods College, IVY Tech and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. She is close to I-70, one block from US 41, and maintains many of her original Victorian charms. She is less than 5 miles from the new casino!

Centrally located to 3 colleges and 2 hospitals in a peaceful neighborhood, this cozy, open concept studio guesthouse is perfect for a short- or long-term stay. This newly renovated garage apartment to guesthouse requires no steps and features a spacious fenced in area for your pet. Creativity abounds in this uniquely decorated space. It features a king-sized bed as well as queen sized sofa sleeper. The kitchen is well stocked and has a coffee/tea bar for your enjoyment. Pets are welcome.

The Goat-el at Old 40 Farm

If you enjoy unique spaces & love animals, this is the apartment for you. Stay in the most unique "barn" you'll find. This loft apartment includes a full bath & is shared with 20+ goats & other farm animals. You're sure to have a memorable stay. There is a small pond on the property & ample free parking. If you time your stay right you could join in goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment!

The Rustic Retreat

Enjoy your stay at the Rustic Retreat. The large living room offers plenty of space for work or relaxation. Has washer/dryer. The back yard offers a grill, picnic table, extra chairs and umbrella. Cable TV and Wi-fi available. Full size bath with shower, King and Queen beds with a full size futon in the living room. The kitchen has many items for your cooking needs. Off street parking and close to many amenities. Dusk-to-Dawn light that shines over the back yard and driveway.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated unit that's perfect for a relaxing retreat. This is a great place for couples, travelers, or girlfriend retreats! Ground floor unit (2 story unit with upstairs available for additional charge, otherwise not rented). Queen sz bed + sleeper sofa. 55 in TV w/Showtime. Massage chair. We do have internet, but we are rural and it's spotty.. Large private hot tub and a firepit in the back surrounded by woods and corn! We have firewood available (no charge).

The 1938 Barn

The 1938 Barn is located in the ❤ of Covered Bridge Country in Parke County. You will love the rustic charm of this converted hay barn built in 1938. Come relax by the camp fire or explore our many Covered Bridges and local State Parks. The farm also hosts Henry's Market, a market garden providing fresh meat and vegetables which makes summertime an excellent time to visit! Please note: There is NO WI-FI, NO CABLE. We have a selection of DVDs. Limited cell service, AT&T works best.

The Main Street Retreat-NO CLEANING FEES

Enjoy your time to simply get away or as a must need sleep over due to travel or work. Only 14 miles south of I70. A Dollar General Store, Subway and Gas Station are nearby. Ten minute drive south to Sullivan for Walmart, restaurants, and grocery stores. Fifteen minute drive north to Terre Haute for all the city attractions. County and State Parks are near by as well. Located in a great neighborhood on main street with privacy. Maximum of only four adults allowed per reservation.
