Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and Amazon Fire TV (Magenta TV). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

Bara 30 meter till naturbetesmarker, skogen strax intill och utsikt ut över åkrarna. 2,5 km till närmsta kommunal badplats och 3,5 km till nästa. Möjlighet att hitta sin egna badplats i naturen gör man 1 km bort. Fina cykelvägar, promenadstigar och fin natur precis utanför dörren. Boendet är en flygelbyggnad på gården med egen parkering, trädgård och ingång avskilt från huvudbyggnaden.

Beläget mitt i Ukna med ca 1 timme med bil till Astrid Lindgrens Värld och 1,5 timme till Kolmården Zoo. Två sovrum med dubbelsäng samt ett mindre krypin med enkelsäng finns på övervåningen tillsammans med en toalett. På nedervåningen finns ett tv-rum med bäddsoffa, ett vardagsrum med öppen spis, toalett med dusch, rymligt kök och matplats. Perfekt för barnfamiljen eller större sällskap!

Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. We, the hosts, live 5min walk from the house. We will be happy to show the house and answer any questions you might have.

Timberhouse near beautiful lake Sommen

Mysig timmerstuga vid sjön Sommen. Utmärkt för er som vill komma ut till det stillsamma och varva ner från vardagsstressen. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

Här bor du fint i ett rymligt hus i ett lugnt område nära Göta kanal och gångavstånd till Bergs slussar. Närhet till natur, sjöar och bad. Stort uterum och uteplats med grill. Parkering för två bilar och möjlighet att ladda elbil. Man tar sig enkelt in till Linköping centrum med buss (ca 20 min) eller med bil (10-15min med bil) Riktiga sängar för 6 personer men extrasängar och bäddsoffa kan jag ta emot upp till 9 personer. Hyr endast ut minst 3 nätter

From here, it's a cycling distance to swim in the beautiful lake Vättern, nature experiences and fabulous Vadstena with its small cobbled streets, colorful wooden houses and rich cultural life.

En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt. Charmigt hus på landet med lummig trädgård, stor altan och inglasat uterum. Här bor du lugnt och mysigt men ändå nära stan – tågstation och ICA nås på 5 minuter, buss på 2 minuter och ca 20 minuter till Linköping. Huset har nyrenoverat badrum och tvättstuga, fräscht kök med diskmaskin, gillestuga som sovrum, eldstad och en övervåning med två mindre sängar. Perfekt för både avkoppling, utflykter eller jobbresan!
