Your group will have exclusive access to the Sunrise Suite (everything shown in the photos), including two bedrooms, a patio, a private spa, and a fire pit. The front unit, Sunset Suite, is a separate rental. A full firewall runs through the center of the home, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Relax & BBQ on comfortable deck w/ beautiful lake views and table to seat 6. Enjoy the fire-pit on the Muskoka Chairs. Important Note: Dock is usually ready for first week of May every year. Could be earlier depending on the weather. Also the City of Kawartha Lakes has a NO BONFIRE ban during April each year. So please do not do a BONFIRE.

The Loft has been totally renovated for use by guests and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. There is a dock for guest use. A public boat launch is about 5 minutes away.

For snowmobiling, you can jump on the 310 or E108 OFSC Trail.
