Ilios House in Rhodes Old Town!

Ilios House Is ideally located right inside the medieval old town of Rhodes in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100m away from the old town’s market place. The house was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat.The ground floor includes a living room with aged mosaic floor, comfortable kitchen with refrigerator ,microwave ,cooking area and a washing machine, coffee maker, toaster etc and an inspiring bathroom. The first floor is the place of the bedroom in which at least four persons can sleep comfortably. The house is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, towels , bedding ,hair dryer, iron, and boards, tv, dvd, wireless internet connection for your laptop. Is great for a couple and also for families with 2 adults & 2 - 3 kids,and for adults company or teenagers company. Just a few meters away from the building , is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Tavernas and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go daily on trips to other Dodecanese islands or to other beaches in Rhodes . Together with the Ilios Apartment next door we can accommodate up to 7 persons

The famous Acropolis of Lindos, dated from 300bc,(Doric temple of Athena Lindia) is a 9 min uphill walk from the property.

The house is located just 10m from the sea, at Stegna Beach. It has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with a couch - bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and even a fireplace. there is also a spacious yard with 2 sunbeds so you can rest and sunbathe! it is 100m from the bus stop and the local shops and restaurants. There is also a parking space just outside the house. The city of Rhodes is 32Km away and Lindos is 19Km away, while Faliraki is 15Km.

Historic Lindian Villa

This historic residence pays homage to the past while providing basic modern convenience. If you seek a unique experience steeped in history, we look forward to hosting your holiday. The villa is near the acropolis and a short walk from the city center and Aegean sea (5-10min.). As with many ancient villas in the village, they are not ideal for those with mobility issues.
