The apartment consist of a seperate bedrooom with double bed, a living room with full equipped kitchen, a single sofa bed and a duble sofa bed. It is an ideal location to relax on the sea and to visit in only few minutes away from Nafplio and the most ancient places in Argolis such as Mycenaes, Epidaurus, Tiryns, Argos.

Our bright, colorful, and cozy home is located in the small, traditional, and famous village of Mycenae, right in the heart of the Peloponnese, just a short drive from the picturesque town of Nafplio. Built at the top of the village, it offers stunning views of the mountains and the valley below. Full of sunlight, big balconies, windows, and a lovely fireplace, it’s perfect for a quiet stay. Just a few minutes’ walk from the archaeological site and close to local restaurants and mini markets.

The view of Nafplio, the sea, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! Tο διαμέρισμα είναι ένας ισόγειος δροσερός χώρος 29 τμ με ξεχωριστή είσοδο μιας μονοκατοικίας με κήπο το οποίο βρίσκεται πάνω σε ένα λόφο ακριβώς στο χωριό Δρέπανο.Η απόσταση από την θάλασσα είναι 2 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο ή 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια.Η απόσταση από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού είναι 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια. The apartment belongs to a small block of flats owned by my family, and where my house is also located. I or my parents will always be around to provide our help and show our hospitality. LASPI HOUSE no1 / PRIVATE POOL/SEA VIEW

LASPI is a hospitality project that consists of two villas, equipped with all you need to take a break and escape the noise. It is literally built by the sea. Enjoy the sound of waves night and day. This is House 1 and we all it Petres (after the greek word for stones) A 150m² villa with a private swimming pool and a spectacular view of the Saronic gulf. Enjoy the view of sea and coastline while you wake up, from our 4m high bedroom windows.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The house is located on the outskirts of Nafplio. It is surrounded by a wonderful garden full of olive and orange trees and various plants, parking space for the guests, beautiful view from the 30 m2 veranda and from every window at the house.
