It is an ideal location to relax on the sea and to visit in only few minutes away from Nafplio and the most ancient places in Argolis such as Mycenaes, Epidaurus, Tiryns, Argos.

Cosy, spacious and comfortable apartment in Nafplio, newly built and furnished, with a beautiful yard and a fireplace, ideal for all year round excursions. The apartment belongs to a small block of flats owned by my family, and where my house is also located. I or my parents will always be around to provide our help and show our hospitality. Right on the edge of the town, away from the bustling tourist crowds, with forest on one side and infinite views of Nafplio and the gulf on the other. With free street parking, it's a 15-minute walk to the the old town center or just a few steps from a historic and emerging neighborhood with trendy restaurants, cafes, and an open-air cinema.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The house is located on the outskirts of Nafplio. It is surrounded by a wonderful garden full of olive and orange trees and various plants, parking space for the guests, beautiful view from the 30 m2 veranda and from every window at the house.
