River House 97 je luksuzno opremljena dvospratna kuca,gdje se nalazi sa desne strane rijeke Bojane,400m od mosta.Kuca je opremljena sa svim dodatnim inventarom, gdje u prizemlju u dnevni boravak ima TV sa 200 kanala,wi-fi,kuhinja sa trepezarijom,sporetom, friziderom,rostil,toster,kupatilo sa ves masinom, peglom,terasom sa 60m2 i dodatnom mini kuhinjom,sa trepezarijom i ljezajkama. U gornjem spratu ima dve spavace sobe,kupatilo i terasa sa prelijepim pogledom .Kuca raspolaze sa 3 parking mjesta.

Apartment Liana 1 is located near Valdanos bay. Valdanos is a place of positive clean energy, an unbeatable source of activities; a divine area where we can breath in clean fresh air, listen to the wind, admire natural beauties, go for a walk, swim, dive, ride a bicycle or sail around the Old Town and the nearby bays in a little boat, catch fish, learn how beautiful it is to be nature's friend. Apartments are located about 2km from Valdanos beach, and about 700 m from center of the Ulcinj.

Apartman je smjesten u tihoj zoni na oko 5 minuta hoda od Male plaze i zidina Staroga grada. Apartman je namjenjen za porodicni odmor do 8 osoba.Gosti na raspolaganju imaju 3 spavace sobe , komplet opremljenu kuhinju, dnevni boravak i 3 kupatila.Apartman posjeduje poseban ulaz, balkon sa pogledom na more i terasu. Smjestajne jedinice su klimatizovane i imaju besplatan Wi Fi. Dva javna parkinga su u samoj blizini objekta. Jedina obaveza gosta je placanje takse od 0.70 € na dan. Djeca ne placaju.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Ulcinj - Stonehouse in Oldtown with sea view

The "Apartment Goga" in the old town of Ulcinj - high above the city beach - was rebuilt after the earthquake in 1979 and completely renovated in 2020. The interior is a mixture of traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern country house style. Our apartment has been in the family for generations and is still our home for the most beautiful weeks of the year. It is the perfect starting point to explore the old town with its almost 2,500 years of history.
