Casa nostra è situata sulla collina di Pieve Ligure. È immersa nel verde, in un contesto familiare e tranquillo. Dalla casa e dal giardino si gode di una splendida vista su tutto il golfo Paradiso. La casa è dotata di uno spazio esterno per leggere, mangiare e fare barbecue. Il mare dista 10 minuti a piedi a scendere; da casa è possibile partire per diverse escursioni. La distanza dal centro di Genova è di circa 30 minuti in auto. Le fermate del treno e della corriera sono a 10 minuti a piedi.

A wonderful newly restored apartment where it feels like being on a ship. At the last floor of a typical Vernazza building, it consists of an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and laundry machine and sea view balcony. You can admire the sea from each window. The apartment is in the center near to beach, train station and walking paths. Located in the very heart of the city, in Piazza Brin, one the most beatiful and historical squares of La Spezia, the flat has been completely renovated in 2016 (wifi & Air conditioning in each room) From the railway station, which is at a 5 min walking distance, you can easily reach the 5 Terre in 10 min. If you prefer going there on a ferry, the harbour is just 15 min away on foot. A bus stop to Portovenere and Lerici is at 50 meters from flat. We speak Italian, English and French.

The Second House

A 3 min walk from the central station, adjacent to the pedestrian area, the house has two bright double bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. From a living outside terrace you can see the glimpse of one of the main squares of the center. It has independent heating, air conditioning and wi-fi. Quiet and silent area at night. The building has an elevator (the apartment is on the 1st floor).
