The Outhouse - Ground Floor Studio (Entire place)

The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

Newly furnished character cottage situated in the small hamlet of Woodhouses, just a few minutes drive from the historic cathedral city of Lichfield. The property has a fully fitted kitchen, spacious living area with large corner sofa, smart TV, wifi and dining table. Separate double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower. Sofa converts to double bed for 1 adult or 2 children and extra mattress or a travel cot available to accommodate an additional child. Private parking for 1 vehicle.

NEW FOR 2026- New Kitchen, dining and living area in a traditional turn of century semi detached home based in the small town of Heath Hayes. Surrounded by the fantastic Cannock Chase and Hednesford Hills, with several nature reserves are close by and of course the discount shopping centre by McArthur Glen. Also NEW bed linens and towels have arrived to our 2 double bedrooms on the first floor and the 3rd bedroom on the ground floor. All can be Superking doubles or single beds.

Walk into Rugeley centre get to the main island where Burger king is then walk into the field opposite continue waking will eventually get into birches valley Cannock chase. 10 minutes walk to the train. It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. There are many attractions close eg Calke Abbey, The National Forest, Staunton Harold and National Arboretum We provide a welcome pack with fresh bread, milk, eggs and preserves

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Pets, you must inform us of breed prior to booking.

Our dog friendly, modern two bedroomed bungalow (next door to our family home) is situated on a country road. Two large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, one large bathroom. Large light open plan dining/living room with french doors onto the south facing, pet safe garden, equipped with patio area with seating. The kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a washing machine and sink in the utility. Three car park spaces.
