The beach has 2 Paddle Boards, 1 kayak, and 1 clear kayak so you can see what is going on in the Crystal Clear lake. All free to use. We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

Near wineries, beaches, hiking, biking and Sleeping Bear National Park & Lake Michigan. Herring Lake across the street. Also included is dock access (for walking/sitting) and kayaks at your own risk. Crystal Mountain fifteen minutes by car. Backyard fire pit for guests to use. Note: steep driveway in the winter you will need a four wheel drive vehicle.

Unplug and relax in this beautifully furnished 2 bedroom duplex apartment on a large 2 acre wooded lot located just off the scenic bike route and on the northern edge of the Mink River Estuary, a 2,118 acre state natural area. We aren't located on the water but we are within walking distance! Garrett Bay Park is a short walk and a great place to launch your kayaks, swim, or catch the sunset. For winter guests we are located just off the snowmobile trails.

Our home is a nice quiet retreat. It is a lower level large 2 bedroom basement apartment with a separate entrance. There is on 27.5 private acres to explore with a mile trail and Stanley Creek running thru the property. It has 1/4 mile driveway, very private, comfortable space. There is wildlife about. It has plenty of space for parking a boat trailer with easy access to power outlets. There is a fire pit with wood to burn available.
