Our guests love the privacy, patio, views of the greenbelt and eastern horizon. Located close to I-5, city center shops, grocery stores, Sundial Bridge and River Trail. Comfortable vacation home with mountain views in Weaverville. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants and stores. There are two bedrooms, one with king bed, one with queen bed, a hide-a-bed queen sleeper and full size fold up bed in living room. Two full bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil and other condiments on site. There is an extra drive way for boat parking. Pets are not allowed. There will be a $250.00 per unauthorized pet. Guest will be evicted.

The Bears' Den at River Rock Gardens & Cottages

The Bears' Den is one of three unique separate cottages on our property. It is a cozy studio cottage with a king bed and a twin, sleeping a family of 3. It has a small kitchen area with a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and small refrigerator. It is not designed for full cooking...more for snacks. We can provide a charcoal BBQ. You bring your own charcoal. It is located near the pool and a short stroll to the Trinity River and decks for relaxing.
