Our cozy home features stunning views with an array of floor-to-ceiling windows looking onto the water and surrounding forest areas, outdoor firepit, indoor electric fireplace, spacious bedrooms, fully loaded kitchen and dining area, and centralized air for cooling/heating.

Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

Leisurely walks around the harbour, swimming in our spring fed pond or exploring our towns walking trails, Nancy’s Nest offers the perfect getaway to put your feet up and exhale or put your runners on and explore!
