Located in the centre of the village of Gairloch. The house has many period features but with a modern design in the bedrooms. There is a King size bed in the double bedroom and egyptian cotton bedlinen. There is a large flat screen tv, fridge, hairdryer, coffee machine, a large private shower room (not en-suite) and complimentary toiletries. Bathrobes are available. Breakfast is served in the bedroom overlooking the sea. Parking is in the village car park 15 metres from the house.

Amenities are close at hand with local supermarkets just minutes away as are the bus stops, restaurant, bank, takeaway and the airport, all within walking distance.

We are a family run yoga B & B. All rooms are quiet, spacious and comfortable with en suites and can be set up as twins or doubles. Breakfast is included and prepared by our award winning chef. Our yoga studio is in the heart of the B & B and we offer early morning mediation and yoga classes ever day for our guests. We also have a naturally dyed yarn shop on site if you are an avid yarn lover!

The School House has views to Loch Snizort, is approximately 8 miles from Portree - Skyes capital, 13 miles to Dunvegan and the Castle and 14 miles to Uig. It is ideally situated for visiting the sites in the north of the Island, such as Fairy Glen, Kilted Rock and the Quiraing. We are happy to give advice on what to see on the beautiful Island!
