Once Upon a Tide luxury flat is on the ground floor, all on the one level, and has a main entrance as well as access from the kitchen to the back garden. It is in a quiet street with ample parking and only a few minutes walk to the beach and golf courses. The property is decorated to a very high standard and well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The “Wee Bothy” offers a great base to explore the North East Coast, our scenic Angus Glens, and nearby Towns and Cities with places of interest all around. The Seaside/Harbour town of Arbroath is a 5 min drive away, with lots of lovely Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema and Theatre. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.

Pan Ha’ Cottage

This is a gem of a cottage which has been completely re-furbished in Summer 2025 and is just a stone’s throw from the scenic ‘Blue Flag’ Leven Beach. Very convenient for visiting Edinburgh, St. Andrews and the East Neuk villages of Fife. Everything in this cottage is brand new including the well designed, fitted kitchen complete with breakfast bar. The open plan living area has a comfortable sofa which can convert to a second double bed allowing for up to 4 guests in total.

Our property is a beautiful detached central villa full of facilities built on Leven Links Open Championship Qualifying Golf Course Near St. Andrews, just 100 metres away from the beach. It has incredible views over the golf course, the beach and Largo Law, while situated in a practical location close to all amenities. The beach is considered to be one of the top beaches in Scotland for swimming, bathing and recreation, which is patrolled by lifeguards in the summer months.

Orchard Cabin - Cabins@Aithernie, East Fife

Our cosy cabin sits in a small orchard on our property which is semi-rural and set on the edge of farmland. We are situated at the entry to the beautiful East Neuk of Fife which includes the pretty harbour towns of Anstruther and Crail and is renowned for its many types of crafts. We run a Stitching Studio and Gallery on our premises. St Andrews is only 14 miles away, Dundee 24 miles and Edinburgh 37 miles. There is a main line station at Kirkcaldy which is 9 miles away.

Beautiful royal-village cottage with wood-burner

Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has fantastic food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. Fine dining at the Boar's Head in nearby Auchtermuchty.

Set in a Fife seaside conservation village you’ll find yourself in a 'get away from it all' location but just a short drive to Edinburgh, the East Neuk & St Andrews.

The Secret Orchard! Retreat,Hens, Historic,Luxury!

The Secret Orchard is a self-contained apartment. Matt (your host) lives above. Built around 1685 it has many historic features. It has been home to three famous artists from 1848 to 1920. It sits within a large walled garden which has an orchard, cute hens, two ponds, a large trampoline and a sun-trap patio. Two minutes from the Fife Coastal Path and beach and a large park to cycle around. Dysart Harbour featured on Outlander and is very historic.

The popular Aurrie cafe is a short stroll away and new the Castaway Sauna is nearby.
