Hill Country retreat overlooking the city. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

It is 20 minutes away from Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Lackland Air Force base and La Cantera and downtown. Major hospital like Methodist, VA , Christus Santa Rosa and University Hospital is only 5 minutes drive. Randolph Air Force Base and San Antonio Military Medical Center is 30 minutes away. The VIA bus system depot is less than a mile from the house.

You can be anywhere (Medical Center, Military base, downtown, Sea World, Cantera, UTSA, USAA, etc.) in minutes. Also, there is shopping and restaurants 2 minutes away. All are welcome to be our guest.

We are right around the corner from La Cantera, The Rim, Fiesta Texas, and UTSA. One block down is a beautiful running trail. We are minutes from IH-10, having quick access around the city. The kitchen is completely outfitted to comfortably cook. Coffee maker and coffee provided. There is a king bed, and two TVs. Along with a couch that turns into two twins beds. This backhouse is on our family property, it’s very safe & quiet. You have a private, covered parking area.

Greetings from SA, Our modern charming home is centrally locally in the medical center area of beautiful San Antonio & within 15-20 mins from the SA Riverwalk, Sea World, Fiesta TX, Military Bases, & popular areas. It has 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, and an good size futon. Please review detailed pictures, description and other helpful information. NOTE: We also own the house directly across the street and can accommodate 8 guests at each home if traveling in larger groups.

This classy cozy suite is conveniently located in the North central part of San Antonio. A quick 10 minute ride from the airport, 15-20 minutes to downtown, 10-15 minutes from Fiesta Texas. There is also some delicious authentic Tex-Mex restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea from our Keurig, and take a walk to the Olympia city park (which is a 5-7 min walk from the house). The unit is ~250 sq ft of space, perfect for an individual or a couple.
