It’s a wide, flourishing yard (also for camping or parking) you will go though until you get in our cozy cottage. It is in the middle of Mestia, surrounded with gigantic mountains and a river “Enguri” is just about 2 minutes to walk. There are 3 shops nearby and Mestia center is about 15 minutes to walk (3m. To drive) the cottage is isolated and quiet and it has everything to live also for longer stay. (We have special offers to the remote workers/everyone who are interested to stay long terms).

19 century house-Parna’s tadiontal home

Parna Cottage is a traditional wooden house in Samegrelo. One of the oldest buildings in the area, the house is 127 years old. Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world. Come and stay in the lovely residence, go swimming in the Abasha River at the foot of the garden, and dine in our restaurant while it serves home-cooked Megrelian food.Toilet and bathroom is in the first floor of house.

JorJ'Inn

Charming family guest house in Sasashi village, 120 km north of Kutaisi. Built over 100 years ago by my great grandfather, this typical Svanetian house was abandoned for over 50 years before we decided to renovate and give a new life to it. The house is on two floors with a spacious living area, a vintage fireplace and fully functional kitchen on the ground level. Four renovated bedrooms on the second floor. Bathrooms on each floor. Double and single beds can accommodate up to 12 persons.

Village Pari is located 34 km before Mestia. Cottage has a large yard, nature and beautiful views. Marked road passes near the cottage. We offer tours both in the village and in different areas of Svaneti. With the tours you can visit beautiful nature, lakes, ancient churches, traditions revived by locals. The area is regularly treated for insects, but as it’s surrounded by pristine forest, you may occasionally notice a fly or small bug — part of the true mountain experience.
