This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on a private gravel drive, in a peaceful setting. Wildlife can often be spotted in the large yard or wooded area. The location is minutes from historic Adrian where Adrian College and Siena Heights University are home to, Tecumseh, and near main roads, and only 20 miles from Brooklyn, and 30 miles from Ann Arbor. Many stores, restaurants, lakes, and entertainment options are close by. The Kiwanis biking/walking trail connects right here.

Cozy cottage located between Devils Lake & Round Lake. A short distance from MIS, golf courses, restaurants & bars. Public boat access to both lakes, Dock available on Devils during your stay, boat rental in the area. A small beach area to enjoy near the dock steps away from the cottage & a shared picnic table. Perfect for families, friends or couples. Private fenced backyard, gas grill, fire pit, zero gravity chairs, corn hole. Also, local farmers market summer Saturday mornings!

Ideal for a couples getaway, girls weekends, or family vacation You may bring a boat or rent one. We have 2 kayaks available for your use.

House On Grass Runway with Fly-In/Fly-Out Access

Located a few miles from downtown Tecumseh, MI, the house is located on 10 acres of land, including a wooded area with walking trails. It is also part of the Merillat Airport (34G) community, a grass runway (3608 ft). Perfect for fly-in/fly-out guests, or if you just want to sit on the back balcony or by the fire pit and watch planes take off and land. The house is also 25 miles away from Ann Arbor and University of Michigan and 20 miles from Michigan International Speedway.

Take your next weekend or week-long getaway in this adorable cottage right next to Evan's Lake. Enjoy serene water views from the bedroom and living area and savor some morning coffee or tea on the side patio. Take a pair of kayaks out on the water for a relaxing ride or make a campfire by the lake shore to unwind during slow summer evenings. Sorry, there is no boat launch for this lake. Owner lives right next door and is available for any assistance needed.

3 Bedroom/2 bath Ranch home on 550 acre "all sports" Round Lake. Plenty of room on the dock to bring your boat, or rent my pontoon for $800/week or $200/day. Kayaks provided for complimentary use. Shallow hard sand bottom great for swimming at my shoreline (large floating matt provided to enjoy). Large (15x35) cement patio overlooking lake. Cottage shares yard and lakefront with two other cottages. Plenty of space to gather with others, or be alone.

Glad to see that you will be visiting our cabin! It is a serene and charming step away from the busy world. Information on hiking trails, local events, and eateries in the area are listed in the cabin. A grill is available, and also on the deck is a clawfoot bathtub and outside shower (closed now because of colder weather!) There is a shower in the cabin, too. Be sure to be on the lookout for the wildlife in the area!!

Great discount for fall and winter visits longer than three days or New Years . The cottage is nestled on a private lake in the Irish Hills. Has great internet, close to University of Michigan FOOTBALL, BASKETBALL etc. Great for cozy weekend getaways. Located close to Ann Arbor, small towns, vineyards, antique stores, nice restaurants and a national park.

Located just outside Adrian, this peaceful retreat offers a cozy living space in a portion of a historical 1850’s mansion. The Retreat comes complete with original hard wood floors, charming woodwork, new oversized windows and an intimate private porch that overlooks the sculpture & flower gardens.
