The 'Classic King' at Sunrise Landing has a king bed in a simple, yet cozy studio space. Featuring vintage tongue and groove cedar walls, a sitting area, microwave, fridge, flat screen TV, and, of course, sits just a step away from a great view of the sun rising over our private beach on lake Michigan. (Please note: This is not a full kitchenette, just a mini fridge and microwave in the studio unit).

Our place is in the village of Leland, close to Lake Leelanau and historic Fishtown. You’ll love our place because it is a newer home and has the coziness of a cottage with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. PLEASE NOTE: From June 20 - August 29, 2027, we only rent full weeks from Sunday at 4pm to the following Sunday at 11am.

This updated cottage is located in the Sleeping Bear National Park and offers a bonfire pit under stars, sand volleyball, wildlife watching, fishing, bike trails and much more. Located on a large secluded wooded lot with Bass Lake access across the street down a short path.
