Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Mile from Historic downtown Gilbert with food, bars and entertainment. Located two miles from Banner Gateway Hospital. We are just off the U.S. 60 and Val Vista road. Severe pet allergy! Renters will have access to the shared patio with the owners and a BBQ grill. Owners will not use the patio while you are the guest. No Smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Please don't book if this is an issue! Feel free to enjoy the backyard gazebo and firepit (instructions inside the apartment). Also, set up the cornhole game on the grass and enjoy playing!
