O'Rourkes cottage is situated in the picturesque valley of Glenasmole, nestled in the foothills of the Dublin mountains overlooking Dublin city. The cottage has 2 bedroom, sitting room and kitchen with a woodland garden. Ideally situated to enjoy the the Dublin Wicklow mountains . The cottage includes central heating, wood burning stove, cooker, electric shower. We are now operating a minimum two night stay. If desired, we are delighted to guide you through the house and share with you almost 200 years of our home's rich history. Roam freely through our 120 acres of gardens, farmland and woodlands, or enjoy a guided tour of our grounds and learn of present day efforts to transform our land into a nature reserve.

The Coach House

The Coach house has recently been lovingly restored and is full of charm and light. It has a calm, tranquil feel with every comfort a visitor could wish for. It is the perfect place for an Irish getaway nestled on the shores of Blessington lake and surrounded by the majestic Wicklow Mountains. Within 10 mins there are the villages of Ballymore Eustace and Hollywood both with wonderful Gastro-pubs and Blessington for all shopping. Russborough House is also close by and is truly worth visiting.

Resembling a Tuscan Farmhouse this 200 years old coach house is simply irresistible. The building was elegantly restored after lying dormant for decades. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

Woodcutter's Cottage, The Perfect Retreat

Nestled in the Wicklow Mountains National Park, this beautifully built 6 bedroom home sits in the tranquil surroundings of Knocknadroose, a short drive from the Blessington Lakes and Hollywood village. The 6 bedrooms can be configured to suit your stay and number of guests by adding beds if required. From here you can explore all that the Garden county has to offer - Hillwalking , Forestry walks, St Kevin's way, Glendalough, take your bike for a cycle or go horse and pony trekking.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.
