Southend City beach is 10 minutes away, and the University of Essex campus and High Street are 5 minutes away. London Southend Airport is the next stop on the Greater Anglia line.

Our flat is perfectly located just off the lively Broadway area and just a short walk from the beach, the old town and the train station. It is the perfect base for exploring everything that the town has to offer. Leigh on sea is a vibrant seaside town with plenty of eating/ drinking options and events. There is plenty of room for cooking, eating , gaming and relaxing on those days/ nights you would rather stay in and a courtyard suntrap of a garden. We have 2 parking spaces with the flat.

Our cool and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment has all the things you might need during your stay. Complete with a beautiful garden and hot tub. There are local amenities including a mini supermarket and a handful of restaurants right at the end of the road. Only a 10 min uber ride to Lakeside shopping center, where you will you can shop or enjoy restaurants, bars, and a large number of activities. Including Puttshack, Boom Battle Bar, Axe Throwing, Darts, Beer Pong, Shuffleboard and more.

Less than a five minute walk to Laindon Rail Station which provides direct connections regularly to London Fenchurch Street (30min) Southend-on-Sea (20min) Leigh-on-Sea (15min) and within easy commute of London Southend Airport (30min drive) and London Stanstead Airport (40min drive). Seaside and private garden apartment.

One bedroom ground floor flat with very peaceful garden. The property is lovely and cosy and has direct access to your very own garden. If you walk left when you exit the front door you will find yourself right at the beach. If you turn right you will come across an array of independent restaurants, bars and little bespoke shops selling their beautiful items. Please be aware this bathroom is been refurbished and from February will have a walk in shower not a bath.

Private studio with deck

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area and dining table. It is very likely that we can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

A two minute walk to Bonchurch Park and a short walk to Belfairs Nature Reserve. Plenty of local shops within a 5-15 minute walk and a 20-30 minute walk to Leigh broadway, Old Leigh/beach and Leigh station. EV charger available. A small south-facing patio available for guest use. Off-road parking space.

The station is a 4-minute walk for quick links to London. Leigh on sea with its vibrant cafes and boutique shops is 2 stops away and the airport is a 10-minute drive. Enjoy the games room including table football, darts, and a PS4. With nearby restaurants, shops, and Adventure Island, there is something for everyone.

Lovely studio for two in central Leigh on Sea

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Cooking facilities, dining table table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.

My place is at the heart of Leigh-on-Sea Old Town, with its cockle boats, waterside pubs and restaurants, sea birds and beach. You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, and being at the cosy centre of a lively seaside village. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
