Hello, thank you for looking at our house. If you are looking to stay in a big modern family house, look no further! Our home has everything you will need for a fantastic stay. From a 65 inch tv, to a whirpool bath and electric king size bed. Just soak up the sun (all day) in our big back yard with trampoline. Located on the edge of Zoetermeer near city centre, 10 minutes walk. You can go to the Hague in 15 minutes, Leiden 10 minutes, Rotterdam 25 minutes and Amsterdam in 35 minutes by car.

The house is located on the water (Vliet). 3 bedrooms maximum 4 people. 6 people are possible, but an additional rate applies. Boat rental possible.

This is my personal home in a central, quiet and safe neighbourhood. 3 minutes to the Mall of the Netherlands, trams to The Hague and Delft, with easy access to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and the beach. The master bedroom has comfy Tempur beds, second bedroom features a daybed, and the third is a child room. We offer baby-friendly amenities like a high chair, toys, and games. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated workspace, and elevator access.

Elke dag genieten wij van onze monumentale stadsvilla, stijlvol en rustig gelegen aan een prachtig park, in het hart van historisch Oud Rijswijk, direct achter de Herenstraat met leuke koffietentjes, restaurants en winkels. Uitvalswegen, winkels, openbaar vervoer, fiets en wandelroutes (ook fietsverhuur), parkeerplaatsen en parken liggen op een steenworp afstand. Den Haag, het strand van Scheveningen maar ook historisch Delft, Leiden en Rotterdam zijn binnen een half uur bereikbaar.

You won’t find a better place to enjoy your visit to the Netherlands than our house. It’s located very strategic near public transport. Do you want to go to the center of The Hague? It’s 5 minutes walking to the tram, and 10 minutes in it. Rotterdam? Same 5 minutes and then 30 minutes in the tram. Cheaper than parking your car! Groceries are 3 minutes away at the roundabout (fresh vegetables, butcher, bakery, etc).
