Beiden steden liggen op maximaal 40 minuten reizen met de trein of met de auto. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en volledig uitgerust. Vloerverwarming, regendouche, balkon en douche-en keukenbenodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Twee fietsen zijn aanwezig.
