It is located between Lygia and Katouna village in a beautiful and peaceful place that offers a great view of the sea. In a small distance you can have access to mini markets, bakery, greek taverns etc. Lefkada town is about 5km away (5 min by car).The house offers self-catering accommodation. Also, the guests can have access to a shared swimming pool of 50 s.m. at the house complex.

It's right on the beach! All apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. They all have two rooms. The one room has a double bed with COCOMAT matress and the other room has two single beds. Every apartment has a furnished balcony/patio, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, and a bathroom with shower. All apartments share a big green yard with sun beds, garden tables, chairs, umbrellas and shower. Δεν έχει κουζίνα αλλά έχει τα βασικά για καφέ κλπ. Πάρκινγκ θα βρείτε εύκολα και χωρίς χρέωση έξω από το διαμέρισμα η στους παράπλευρους δρόμους . Λευκάδα Νικιάνα - Σπίτι με θέα

Στη μαγευτική τοποθεσία της Νικιάνας,που συνδυάζει βουνό και θάλασσα βρίσκεται η εξοχική κατοικία,με υπέροχη θέα του Ιονίου πελάγους που ξεκουράζει το μάτι και ηρεμεί την ψυχή.Έχει πρόσβαση σε μικρή παραλία,ενώ από τις παραλίες της γύρω περιοχής απέχει μόλις λίγα λεπτά.Απέχει 5χλμ από το Νυδρί και11χλμ από τη Λευκάδα.
