Located between San Antonio and Seguin, the Evergreen Compound is close enough to the city to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy the outdoors. Not far from major attractions, great food and shopping near by. SA riverwalk, SeaWorld, Six flags, Gruene, New Braunfels, tubing the river all with in 30min.

Cottages have an open designed living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms (king and queen) and 1 bath. Kitchens are fully stocked with large refrigerator with ice maker and craft ice, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, blender, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. (Bring your own K-Cups) Relax on Adirondack chairs at the outdoor patio area with a gas fire-bowl and gas stainless steel bbq for cooking. A large 30 foot deck with rocking chairs is perfect for enjoying unobstructed Hill Country views.
