This exquisite condo features a charming pastel-colored aesthetic where graphic artwork captures the mood of every room. Lounge in the open living area where wood textures meet contemporary fixtures and sit out on the private patio. The Hilltop condo shares a drive with a nice restaurant and bar, "Mcgee's 72". So you can just stroll over and never leave the neighborhood if you want to take it easy! If you are feeling adventurous our location is the perfect launch pad for exploring all the cool pockets in or around Traverse City. We are a 3 minute drive from the beach and in striking distance from Turtle Creek Casino! Guests will have full access to the house and patio. There is one locked closet where I keep some personal items and the garage is not for guest use. I will not be here. The door has a keypad lock. You will be provided with a code after you book. I am always available by email or text if you have any questions or concerns. The condo is near the Grand Traverse Resort which features a fantastic selection of boutique shops and fine dining. Beyond, the bustling downtown, scenic wineries, and sparkling of Northern Michigan are all just a short drive away. Lyft is in Northern Michigan Now!!! So is Uber! You have to have the apps for these ride sharing services to work. They are really affordable. The town also has a number of cab companies and shuttles: Cherry Capital Cab Taxi Service 3002 N Garfield Rd. and Brew Bus (Brewery/Winery tours) are two examples.

Sugarloaf Condo B3

This is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom condo in the heart of Leelanau County. It is certainly a one of a kind, tailored condo with personal touches labeling each room. Upstairs is the "Riesling" room with a king bed, tv and full bath. The "Merlot" room, also upstairs, has a king bed, full bath and extra sofa bed. Downstairs features 2 more bedrooms, the "Cabernet" room with another king bed and the "Chardonnay" room with twin bunk beds as well as a twin bed. Each room also has private baths.

Wilderness 11

Wilderness 11, just South of the Homestead's main entrance, is a beachfront condo with amazing views of the Manitou Islands and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Morning coffee on the deck, walks on the beach & evening campfires hosts a relaxing day on vacation. The primary bedroom has a queen bed & TV. The loft has 2 twin beds and full bath. We are adding a 55" wall TV and removing the armoire and fireplace for added comfort. The main floor features full kitchen, open living and walk out to Lake Michigan.

Lake Michigan Views Ski Out Townhouse

Stunning Lake Michigan and Manitou Island views from the highest elevation at the Homestead Resort. Ridgeline townhouse on Bay Mountain this 3 bd, 3 level, townhouse offers a fully stocked kitchen, & accommodates up to 8 guests (no pets). 3rd floor primary suite and queen 1st floor bdrm w small desk. Addtl room w two sets of bunk twin beds & 2nd full bthrm with addtl sink area. In unit washer/dryer/ No A/C, unit has fans & cool lake breezes at no extra charge! 90 stair climb to front door.

Sugarloaf Condo H4 has a unique features only featured in the 3 bedroom condos. Being located on the back side of the resort, your views are drawn to both sides. Sugarloaf Mountain alone has plenty of character but the views it provides from the top are breathtaking.Two bedrooms are on the main level with a queen in the master and 2 sets of bunk beds in the other. Each bedroom has a full bath. Upstairs has a spacious living room, another full bath and ladder to the private loft.

Hawk's Nest 5

Nestled in the picturesque ski hills of The Homestead Resort, this one bedroom condo boasts four seasons of enjoyment. Unwind to the nature surrounding you. Morning coffee & book on the porch, stroll to Lake Michigan or day trip to Sleeping Bear dunes. Hawk's Nest 5 is the perfect retreat. This stylish condo has been remodeled to reflect the cozy feel. The upstairs suite has a queen bed along with a smart TV powered by Roku. Sofa bed in living room adds sleeping for four.

Grand Traverse Resort 3 bed/ 2 bath

Private Condo with a townhouse setup located on Grand Traverse Resort grounds. Small association with plenty of parking. In addition, close proximity to Traverse City, Elk Rapids, wine tours, lakes, beaches, etc. Open concept. Peaceful location with views of nature and the golf course. The unit has 3 queen beds and a pull out sofa and 2 full bathrooms. Check-in 4:00pm / Check out 10:45am Flexible check-in /outside of June, July, and August.
