The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Totally Isolated Pennine Cabin

A cosy, rustic hut in a field with 2 comfy kingsize beds (sheets & duvet not provided), en suite shower & loo, set in a secluded spot on a small, quiet 36 acre farm with fishing lake & boat in a remote, beautiful, little visited, yet very accessible area of the Pennines with expansive views of the stunning Thursden Valley. An extensive network of footpaths lead to Extwistle Moor, the cairn circle & tumuli above Ell Clough, the Bronte Way, Pennine Way & Bridleway. Sorry no dogs. No loud music.

However, if that is not your cup of tea, you are only a short walk from the heart of the gorgeous, quaint town of Longridge.

Our caravan is situated right next to Heysham port so perfect for the ferry to the Isle of Man. We have space on our plot for 2 cars and even a 3rd would fit easily. Our caravan is a good size with a kingsize bedroom with space for a travel cot and has an en suite bathroom. We have tried to make our lovely caravan homely so you feel at home. We supply bedding, towels & toiletries and have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Entertainment passes can be bought at reception.

And heysham nature reserve which is a short walk off site. Also Morecambe is just a 10 minute drive with plenty to do and see.

Our aim is to ensure you feel relaxed . If you have a hectic lifestyle and want to get away this is the place for you . We are in an extremely quiet location surrounded by beautiful countryside. The nut house is situated on a decked area at the bottom of a beautiful garden where you will find wood sculptures, many flowers, plants and wildlife. We are also situated 50 minutes to manchester and the lake district and 25 minutes to Blackpool

Woodpecker Lodge

Step inside the beautiful Woodpecker lodge to find a kitchen with lounge and accompanying super king bedroom and en-suite wet room. The well-well-appointed kitchen with kettle, toaster and Tassimo coffee machine mean you can cook simple meals without out to one of the local towns or villages to sample local the edge of mature woodland with an on site spa and pool, relaxation is certainly on the cards.
