This newly renovated, spacious 1-bedroom flat is located on the 2nd floor with a parkside-view of the architecturally unique and historically significant Banovina Palace. It's just an 7-minute walk from: - the Name of Mary Church - the main city street and pedestrian zone full of restaurants and bars - Danube river quay It's also 1.3 km (0.8 miles) away from the famous Petrovaradin Fortress, a 6 min drive from the City Beach, and a 30 min drive from the beautiful Fruška Gora National Park.

Dear Guests, Bright apartment, perfect for business trips and short and long term vacation stays. Freshly renovated and well equipped. The Danube, a large park for nice walks and the beautiful beach are near (10 minutes walk; perfect for a morning run). The City centre, Fair and University are 20 minutes away walk. Cafes, supermarkets and good shopping are in the near vicinity as well! Parking is free right next to the building. Please Note that everyone is welcome! :)

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. One bedroom apartment with separated kitchen and dining room. Bedroom, that is also a living room, contains double bed for 2 people, and in kitchen, there's a sofa bed (90cm-200cm) that can turn in the double bed and 2 people can sleep there. There is also a terace as a place for morning coffee and relaxation.

Our place is very comfortable, modern furnished, renovated apartment. It consists of one larger room, a functional kitchen, a modern bathroom and a spacious terrace that has a beautiful view of the peaceful surroundings. It's located in the wider center of Novi Sad, at a distance of about 15-20 minutes of easy walking from almost all sights in the city.
