Beautiful condo! 100 yards to the ski lift! This unit is a top floor, end unit which allows for quiet and privacy. This 338 square foot studio comfortably sleeps a family of 4 with a Murphy queen bed and Murphy bunk beds. Building has a gym, hot tub, heated pool, fire pits, steam room, and ski valet. Garage parking free! The hotel charges $35 per day for the resort fee. This is already included in my fees. Make sure to check this if you are looking at other units in the building.

SLC Airport is less than 10 mins, and world-famous ski resorts are less than 40 mins! Please be aware that the ceilings stand at 6’5”. Pet Friendly (sub 35lb): $20/day or $75/stay.
