You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

Just a short walk from cafés, shops, parklands and the beachfront, with Sandgate Station only 700m away (3 stops to BEC). Brisbane Airport is a 15-minute drive and the CBD is a 30-minute train ride. Wander up the Secret Garden path and step into your own peaceful hideaway, with a plunge pool to cool you on those hot humid days.

Our property is home to a great many native species, including wallabies and over 100 species of birds. We have no domestic pets. Head into Samford village for a coffee at one of the many iconic coffee shops, or take a stroll through the nearby rainforests of Mt Glorious and Mt Nebo.

The ‘Sunday Sleep-Inn’ is a spacious self-contained studio situated on the ground floor of our renovated Queenslander home. We keep the door locked between the studio and the house and there are no shared areas. There is private external access and ample street parking. Surrounded by natural beauty, with parks and waterways on our doorstep and a 10 min. walk to Shorncliffe train station.

Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling you are autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the pontoon. You are required by QLD law, to provide unobstructed photos of your drivers licence front and rear to clearly identify your name an address.
