The fully furnished backyard hosts plenty of shaded seating with a BBQ, fire pit, a pool, & hot tub!

1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.

Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ. Have fun on our beach, swim, fish of the dock or play on the large grass area. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fun for the whole family!!!

River getaway Downstairs unit

Beautiful downstairs oversized studio, features two private beaches for residents and vacation rentals only no public access, picnic tables, private doc to tie up jet skis or boat, on site host, bbq tables and chairs to sit on, NO WAKE ZONE, near casinos, shops, stores, 45 sec-1 min walk to the beach Wristbands are required on the beach, we do charge for extra outside people on our beaches
