A cozy, two room apartment on a raised first floor, perfect for families with baby strollers. The apartment is located in a historical 1930's era building, with many of the original historic design elements restored and being maintained. The neighborhood is one of the most central in Riga, and all the main cultural sights are within easy walking distance. There are several grocery stores within the immediate area, as well as diverse offering of restaurants & a shopping center.

Very cosy, renovated 2 rooms apartment. 55 m2 . Very quiet, comfortable, bright, fully furnished . A stunning and unique view of Riga center , located in the very center. 2 mn walk from the museums, 5/10mn from the old city and 3 mn from Art Nouveau area. Plenty of shops, fancy restaurants , supermarkets near by. Kitchen has every equipment. Washing machine, iron, baby equipment. No lift and we are 5th floor!! but steps are wide and easy. No party or bachelor party
