Nestled among lush greenery, this charming villa cottage offers a peaceful escape from everyday life. Featuring four cozy bedrooms (all with air conditioning), three bathrooms, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen, it combines comfort with nature. The retreat garden is surrounded by pomegranate, lemon, and olive trees. Guests can enjoy a private preheated pool with jacuzzi (4.20 x 3.40 m, depth 0.90 m). This picturesque stone villa is fully furnished and offers all the modern comforts to the visitors. Also the electricity is generated with the use of solar energy and therefor our house is totally eco-friendly. If you choose our villa for your holiday you will have the chance to enjoy peaceful surroundings just 2 km away from the center of the busy and noisy Palekastro.

Το aloe apartment βρίσκεται στο Ξερόκαμπο σε απόσταση 50m από την παραλία Μαζιδά Άμμος. Το διαμέρισμα έχει θέα στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος. Το διαμέρισμα περιλαμβάνει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο με μπανιέρα, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο και φούρνο και τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50m από mini market και 500m από ταβέρνες. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να χαλαρώσουν στη μεγάλη αυλή και να απολαύσουν τη θέα. The surrounding area is rich in ancient history, with many gorgeous beaches, gorges, and archeological sites to visit.

Located 9 km from the city centre, 5 km from the Heraklion airport and 1 km from the Karteros beach, the villa is a unique destination for relaxation and easy access to many locations. Enjoy the panoramic view of the island Dia and the endless azure of the Aegean Sea. In the spacious garden with the small chicken house, there are fresh fruits, vegetables and eggs  and they are offered to you when available.

Mandarini House is located at Choclakies,a small village 10 km (8min drive) from Palekastro on the way to Zakros.It was built in 1935 and fully restored in 2019.In this small village live 12 people and its at the heart of Sitia ‘s UNESCO Global Geopark.The starting point to pass through the gorge and get at the Karoumes beach is here.
