We have full power generator and water cistern. The hot tub maximum temperature is 85 degrees, if power goes out it will take time to warm up again.

Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

It's located in a 2 story property, I live in the 2nd floor and I rent the first floor as 3 vacational units: the Studio, a 1b/1b House & another Studio (or as a 2b/2b house, since this one can be rented as 2 separate units). Queen bed, bath room, kitchen & terrace. 3 minutes away from beach. Between Isla Verde & Condado & between the trendy Loiza st & McLeary st. in Ocean Park, also knowned as the Condado extended área Grocery stores, restaurants, bars and all kinds of stores nearby be.

Our studio is fully equipped with its own private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, patio and entrance. We're located in Park Boulevard, one block away from Ultimo Trolley beach and Barbosa City Park. Walk or bike to nearby reastaurants, different beaches or even Old San Juan (3mile ride through the bike lane.) We love nature and treat our home as if it was a forest.
