My place is close to the a prime beach, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, 5 minutes to/from airport, Isla Verde tourist area and hotel strip, access to highway 26. Located near a mangrove natural reserve which allows you to observe Grag King Birds, Puertorrican Todies, Warblers, Braad-winged Hawks, Puertorican Parrots, Mocking birds, Ground Doves and you will also see roosters and hens. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, privacy, and the awesome location..

You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.
