A peaceful place to rest and relax, perfect for families. Located in a quiet area in Mijas, 4 km from the beach and 2km from the AP-7 motorway. The 140m² ground floor house is surrounded by a lush tropical garden that provides privacy and freshness. Garden facilities include a pool with sunbeds, 3 shaded dining areas, a fitness corner and a small lounge area. The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, dining room with a piano, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
