Loft Rustico 102- Malecon

Mexico is calling! Our charming loft is one block from El Malecón—the heart and soul of Puerto Peňasco. Enjoy food, live music, and bars, all within walking distance. The loft's rustic Mexican decor features a fun bohemian twist, providing a photo op before you even leave the condo. Comfortable and private, this loft has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with all amenities, one king bed downstairs, and one queen bed up the ladder, not to mention the ocean views. Seaside sunsets, here you come!

Casa de Carolina, high sp wifi, beachft Las Concha

Casa de Carolina is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront home in Las Conchas with a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. House for 4 adults and two children. Both bedrooms have ocean views, the master bedroom on the east side has a king bed and full bathroom with handicap grab bars. The second bedroom at Westside has two twin beds and a full bath. There is a 2-night minimum stay during the week and a 3-night minimum stay during the weekends in March, April, May, June, October, and all holidays.

Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Feel right at home in our spacious, newly completed end unit condo with a 5-6 minute walk to the beach! The complex is serene and quiet, allowing for your much needed comfort and relaxation. You can relax in the condo, enjoy either of the two pools or rooftop patio with the best view of the Sea of Cortez in all of Las Conchas. Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.

Come and enjoy an amazing beach home in the best possible spot in Rocky Point, Mexico. Kayaks, chairs, a firepit, and an amazing palapa are waiting for you to make incredible memories. Linens, fast wifi, central air/heat, a garage and laundry room are all included. Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. A local maintenance person is on call.

Located in Las Conchas Sec 9, Grey Storm house is a unique retreat just 2 minutes walk from a pristine beach and 10 minutes drive to walmart, 15 minutes to El Malecon and Bars. Your space occupies the DOWNSTAIRS UNIT with your own private entrance, Kitchen, Large Living Room, 2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds and 2 Bathrooms. Feel free to use the large courtyard to relax and BBQ. 1 to 2 dogs allow for a fee of $35 per booking. EV charge available at $25 per charge.
