Guests cross a creek via a small private bridge then wind up a long country driveway leading to this unique listing that is as peaceful as it is charming. Come experience the best of Colorado Springs while staying in this one of a kind property! Our beautiful ranch-style cottage sleeps eight, making it perfect for families and groups. Our cottage offers 3 bedrooms (5 beds) as well as two bathrooms with showers. A full, well-equipped kitchen gives you the ability to make a scrumptious dinner or whip up something quickly. A large living room has sofas perfect for a game night, watching a movie, or relaxing with your group. An attached garage is available for sporting equipment. An outdoor patio table and moveable chairs give you the opportunity to enjoy Colorado's beautiful outdoors from various vantage points around the Cottage. A kids' play set welcomes the little ones. Our property and Cottage is entirely non-smoking, so you will be able to breathe in the beautiful Colorado air both inside and out! Our charming Cottage is a private guest house located on our farm property. You will park right outside the front door. We will contact you the day of your arrival with directions about access and keys to get into the Cottage. Our Cottage is wheelchair accessible, but it also provides immediate access to the New Santa Fe Trail, which is great for running, hiking, biking or just leisurely strolling. Our property is located just over a mile off the interstate, so grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and Walmart are only 2-5 miles away. We are one exit away from the Air Force Academy and 8 miles from the Garden of the Gods. We live in a separate house on the property, so we are available to make your stay the best experience possible! This private Cottage home is located just a few miles off of I-25 in Colorado Springs. While being in the heart of the city, this property feels like it's in the middle of the country. It has easy access to the New Santa Fe Regional Trail and Monument Creek. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are all with minutes away. The host lives on the property in a separate home. We are about an hour and a half from the Denver Airport depending on traffic, and 30 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport. We have recently renovated our entire Cottage. It is beautiful and clean, a space that our family is proud to invite others into.

The Little Green Cottage Colorado Springs

Built in 1940, this cottage is comfortable and cozy. Located almost equidistant between Downtown Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City and close to the best area attractions the city has to offer. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, flat-screen Smart TV, washer/dryer, private yard with many outdoor spaces to enjoy, 2 alley parking spaces. There is one bedroom and a Futon in the living room and 1 bathroom. Make this your romantic couples getaway or an extended work stay.

Finally you’ll have plenty of space to unpack in the bedroom before drifting off in the inviting queen bed. Enjoy mountain view’s from the entire cottage, deck, or anywhere in the beautifully landscaped yard.

Our cottage is a small and cozy place that can sleep 6 guests nicely (8 very tight). Relax outside on the outdoor deck as you unwind from exploring beautiful Colorado! Located minutes from Old Colorado City, downtown Colorado Springs, and many outdoor attractions including, Garden of the gods, Red Rock open space, Pikes Peak, the Cog, Manitou Springs, Manitou Incline hike and Helen Hunt falls. You also have many choices to choose from for restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment and shopping!

Located just a few minute walk from section 16 trail head on one side and Bear Creek Regional Park on the other. Built in 1899 this is one of only 22 homes in Bear Creek Canyon. This cabin has high speed internet and cable, 50 inch TV and dvd player for nights inside. A great seating area and green house for enjoying beautiful views outside.
