The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is situated in The Dvori Lapad complex located in Lapad Bay, near the beach, where you can go swimming, sun-bathiautiful or just enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. The area is crammed with bars and restaurants. The promenade is suitable for romantic walks. In the building where the apartment is located there is a Studenac supermarket and a Cinestar cinema on the 0th floor. Across the street from the complex is a bus stop for the Old Town, which is a 15-minute drive away.

Modern 1 BR apt offers unique stay in Lapad, well recognized part of Dubrovnik. Located just 2 min from bay where you will find popular beaches, great restaurants and bars. Main street in Lapad is just few min away while apartment remain in calmer atmosphere where you can enjoy views from cosy balcony having just enough sun while shades of trees surrounding it protect you from too much heat. To get to the famous part of Dubrovnik, Old Town, it takes only 10 minutes by bus or even less with Uber.

Apartment Jelena- Modern, 150 meters from beach

Udoban jednosoban stan, smješten u lijepom i mirnom okruženju poluotoka Dubrovnika Lapad. Apartman ima prostrani balkon s pogledom na more. Apartman je 150 metara od mora i na minutu je udaljen od šetnice Uvala Lapad! Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad. Ako vam treba parking, molim da najavite!

Located at Lapad peninsula, just 5 minutes by foot from Lapad Sunset Beach, in a quite area, 50m above a nice promenade. Suitable for up to 3 persons. A/C. Fast WIFI. Terrace. Only 3.5km from The Old Town (10 minutes by bus). Well connected by bus (number 6 goes by every 10 mins from 05:30 till 01:00 next day). Bus stop at less than 200m.
