Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.

For the 2025 season, the complex’s swimming pool will NOT be available. Enjoy your stay in a magnificent property located extremely close to the sea (150m flat road). A maisonette built and decorated in complete harmony with the Cycladic architecture. It consists of two levels and has a large living room, terrace with large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and WC. The house is independent and is located in a real estate complex.

Τα διαμερίσματα βρίσκονται στον Αγιο Ιωάννη Πορτο και απεχουν μολις 6 χιλιόμετρα απο την πολη της Τήνου. Σε πολυ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ και παιδότοπος. Ακριβώς απέναντι υπαρχει σταση του κτελ με συχνότητα δρομολογίων ανα 1 ωρα. Η παραλια απέχει 400 μετρα.
