Cozy private garden-level apartment within our home. Queen bed, futon, and full bath with amenities. Your kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal. 2 miles to MSU, 20 min to Sparrow/Capitol, 10 min to Lake Lansing. The backyard is absolutely breathtaking with a swimming pool and outdoor seating for you to enjoy. Dining options, the best groceries, and public transportation are all walking distance! We live upstairs with our cairn terrier and cat and will be sharing the yard with you.

Located in a family-friendly area, my home is a true neighborhood experience. The historic Westside neighborhood is safely walkable, making it easy to enjoy a stroll. I am a local and MSU graduate and happy to share more recommendations to help you enjoy your visit. Guests have private access to the entire home, including the backyard. Off-street parking is available. A 5 minute walk to The Irish Pub, Harry's Place Bar & Grill, Rock's Party Store, Biggby Coffee and Hela's Kitchen (Mexican)

The kitchen has a coffee and keurig machine. Also included in the kitchen are multiple utensils, pans, plates, cups and coffee mugs (also multiple cleaning supplies). Extra bed sheets, blankets and pillows.

The house is designed and layouted with families in mind, this completely updated includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a dinning room with a large table that can accommodates up to 12 persons. The dinning room is open to a FR and a kitchen that would perfect for a whole family interaction together. In the back, there is a large deck with a gazebo for morning coffee and evening cooled off.
