A warm welcome awaits you at Townhead House South. A completely refurbished, luxurious 3-bed period property nestled in the picturesque Border town of Langholm, affectionately known to locals as 'The Muckle Toun'. The property boasts substantial rooms, bringing elegant period features without compromising on modern comforts. Langholm is a jewel in the Scottish Borders and local to Gretna Green & the Neil Armstrong Museum. It is also an adventure play ground for outdoor activity enthusiasts.

Foulbog Shepherds Cottage

Foulbog is a charming traditional shepherds cottage set on a working hill farm in rural Dumfriesshire. In a very remote location surrounded by rolling hills, with spectacular views down the valley. Although completely remote and secluded, this cottage has been recently refurbished with a cosy homely feel and has all the modern amenities needed including unlimited WiFi, luxury shower and log burners. The perfect place to relax and unwind with only the sheep & cattle for company.

Larriston Coach House, for a very rural stay

Larriston Coach House is a large four-bedroomed cottage, part of a very rural 19th century farm steading on 28 acres, with 2,500 acres of hillside starting at the doorstep. It's right on the Scottish Border, close to Kielder and Newcastleton (both five miles away), and ideal for visiting Kielder observatory, Kielder Forest, the Borders or north Northumberland. There’s plenty of space, inside and out. The skies are dark, the mobile reception is zero and the silence is deafening.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Cleugh Foot - A Pink 3-Bed Rural Cumbrian Cottage

Cleugh Foot (pronounced Clue Foot) is one of the original buildings on the Netherby Estate, overlooking acres of parkland along the River Esk. Painted pink, this beautiful bolthole can be found down your very own driveway in amongst the trees... with three bedrooms, three bathrooms (one en-suite), sitting room with wood burner, utility room, entranceway, kitchen and dining area. Outside, find a pergola with hot tub and dining area and an enclosed dog area with firepit!

The Burrow, 5c is an upstairs pet friendly apartment comprising of a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen with washer, oven and microwave. Set in beautiful Langholm, walking distance to the shops. Opposite the Buccleuch centre theatre offering entertainment and a lovely food menu. Off road parking directly outside The Burrow. Would comfortably sleep two but there is a sofa bed in the living room. Wi fi, hair dryer, towels and basic toiletries are provided.
