Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

Relax with family or friends at this sweet cottage on Center Lake in the Berkshires. This lakeside cottage is charming and rustic. Enjoy a beautiful day on the lake swimming, fishing off the dock and kayaking. Grill dinner on your private deck and watch the stars come out in the evening Or enjoy all that the Berkshires have to offer, Jacob’s Pillow (15 min), Berkshire Theater (20 min), Tanglewood (30 min). There are plenty of nearby hiking trails and charming towns to explore.

Berkshire Treehouse Retreat

Escape, unwind and recharge in this double treehouse. A live tree runs through the interior connecting you directly with nature while in the comfort of home. Built with refurbished, materials and hand curated with care and love. Feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere, yet it’s only minutes to the town of Great Barrington for shopping dining or just a walk around town. Use these dreamy separate spaces for sleeping, writing or drawing in peace. LGBTQ+ owned and operated.

Wildlife Lakeside Cottage; views/wildlife

Fully furnished and remodeled with new upgrades in Spring 2025 including a cathedral master bedroom suite with a full bath. Our private cottage is set on a peninsula at a cove where a trout stream enters the lake. Incredible amount of wildlife, especially all types of birds. The home has sunny views everywhere. Seasonal weeds do grow in the adjacent lake which can impact water activities, especially in the summer months. Sleeps 6. Ther are two full and one 1/2 baths.

Lake House in Averill Park, NY

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

Escape to our recently renovated guest house on a 12-acre property, 15min from Hudson. Take in the rural setting through oversized glass doors. Relax on the private back porch, or in the large bath tub. Sleep in late in the king sized bed, and then enjoy what the Berkshires has to offer. Close to several downhill and cross country ski spots, hiking trails and Tanglewood!
