Welcome to The Trailhead @ Sinks – a brand-new, fully furnished detached guesthouse on our four-acre property. Located one minute’s drive to Sinks Canyon, The Trailhead includes two king bedrooms, one bathroom, washer/dryer, and a bright, airy kitchen and living room. Enjoy the views of the foothills, and relax in the peace and quiet. Ride/run/hike the trails across the street at ASI. You will be five minutes to town and minutes to adventures. Sleep like a baby on Dreamcloud hybrid mattresses.

You will be within an easy walk of restaurants, cafes, art galleries, shops and gyms, as well as NOLS and Wyoming Catholic College. 20 minute drive to Sinks Canyon State Park; beautiful 3-hour drive to Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone.

Newly Remodeled Riverfront Home

A tranquil retreat minutes from the Wind River hotel & Casino and downtown Riverton. Enjoy the peaceful Little Wind River while relaxing on the spacious deck from which abundant wildlife viewing is available. Photographs of moose, deer, antelope, fox, otters, beavers, muskrats, mink, and raccoons have been taken from the comfort of the deck. A spotting scope with universal phone adapter is available for your use. Firewood is also available for the fire pit just feet from the beautiful river.

Artsy Landiego

Artsy Landiego isn’t fancy, but boy is it cool. This 3 bedroom is located on Lander’s south side behind some native chokecherry trees in a revamped 1963 Doublewide Detroiter Deluxe, just blocks from City Park and ½ block from the golf course and the Lander Community Center. Most of the artwork is by local Lander artists and many pieces reflect Lander’s unique charm. This home has internet but no tv. Enjoy this beautiful kitchen, huge bathtub and the insider's eye at Lander's art world!

Quiet and spacious apt on beautiful 10 acre ranch

Cozy one bedroom guest apt located on our spacious 10 acre ranch with spectacular views and privacy, yet only 5 min. from town. The open concept apt features a full kitchen, spacious living and dining area. Both bed and sofa bed have memory foam mattresses. Shower/bathtub combo practical for kids. Washer and dryer free of charge. Cozy woodstove. Smart TV and WiFi. Additional air queen mattress also available. Kid-friendly with pack-n-play and toys. NO PETS. Very bright, nice guest house!

Quiet cabin along the Wind River

This is a two bedroom one bath guest house located along the Wind River. This is a quiet location that will afford you the peace and quiet of staying in the country. Only a short drive to downtown Riverton. Hunters, fisherman and rodeo enthusiasts welcome. Note: There are horses and mules here on the property. I have antlers attached to the side of some of the out buildings. I also have no trespassing signs. If these things offend you, please don't request to stay here.

North Fork Cottage

This is the spot for relaxing after a day of activities near Lander, WY. Enjoy views of the Wind River Range from the porch, catch a beautiful sunset, or stroll around the 3-acre property. There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. There is one other listing on the property and the hosts are nearby if you should need assistance. We hope you enjoy your time at the cottage!

4 Bedrooms, Fenced Yard, Hot Tub

Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Within walking distance to all the major parks, restaurants, and happening places that Lander has to offer. A large fenced-in backyard and patio are perfect for pets and kids! Grilling a meal, enjoying the hot tub, and relaxing around the fire pit on patio chairs is a great way to enjoy the evening. Come experience living in this picture perfect mountain town.

The Carriage House

This gorgeous, fully stocked, 2-bedroom Carriage House is located in one of Lander's finest historic south side neighborhoods. Main Street shops and restaurants are just a quick walk away on a paved path along the Popo Agie River, and our beautiful city park is just a few blocks away. The Carriage House has two spacious balconies and is hidden behind towering aspen trees. It is extremely private and everything is in excellent condition.

Downtown Cottage with Patio

This cute, modern cottage has everything you need to enjoy a lovely stay in Lander. Close to Main Street and walking-distance to all the restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, this is the perfect spot for a home base. Whether you're visiting for work, outdoor recreation, or family-time, we hope you enjoy the comfy queen beds in two spacious bedrooms, dedicated workspaces, air-conditioning, heat, and outdoor patio with a bonfire!
