Come visit our peaceful art studio in our 2 acre garden. You will see massive bromeliads, mature oaks, birds, ferns, chairs, hot tub, fire pit, fishing pond, extensive flower garden & fruit trees for nature lovers on our property. We are close to shopping (10 mins) USF (15 min), Busch Gardens/Adventure Island (20 min), Clearwater Beach (45 min), Raymond James Stadium (30 min), TPA (35 min), downtown Tampa (30 min), Ybor (30 min), Disney (1.5 hr). Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to I-75 and Suncoast Parkway in Pasco County. Located north of Land O Lakes, Florida, in Pasco Trails, a gated community of acreage and horses. Outlet mall, many eating establishments and sports complexes within half-hour drive. We have had to institute a policy of "no smoking. To be clear, we are retired couple who live in the main house. The apartment is attached but has its own entrance and is self contained.
