Unser altes, ehemaliges Bauernhaus liegt in Burgschleinitz, einem hübschen Dorf mit mittelalterlicher Wasserburg und romanischer Kirche zwischen Wald- und Weinviertel nahe Eggenburg. Gemütliche, südseitige und ruhige Wohnküche. Schlafbereich mit Vorhang teilbar. Fahrräder, Kanus, Kajaks, Sandspielplatz, Tischtennistisch und die Sauna mit Bad und Außendusche stehen euch frei zur Verfügung. Romantická rybářská chata Kozlov

Komfortní chata v rybářském revíru přehrada Dalešice. Chata je na okraji klidné chatové osady v lese nad přehradou, k vodě je to 150 m stezkou ze stráně, nebo terénním vozem či pěšky 400m po lesní cestě. K dispozici Hot-tube, gril, krb s udírnou i loď pro 5 osob. Ubytování je vhodné i pro celou rodinu včetně pejsků. Kozlanská pláž (400m), Koněšínská pláž (800m), přístaviště parníků. Nedaleko jsou i turisticky vyhledávaná místa Maxův kříž, zříceniny hradů Kozlov a Holoubek a cyklistické stezky.

Elektřinu, Wi-Fi a teplou sprchu u nás nenajdete, srub je jedinečný právě tím, že zde můžete plně splynout s přírodou a odpoutat se od všech vymožeností dnešní doby. Vzhledem ke své poloze je to skvělý výchozí bod pro plánování výletů po překrásném jihozápadním zákoutí Českomoravské vrchoviny v blízkosti Telče.

Celou bytovou jednotku máte jen pro sebe. 2 lůžka jsou v ložnici, 2 lůžka na rozkládací posteli s kvalitními matracemi. Můžete užívat velkou terasu s posezením. V přízemí bydlí naše rodina, v podkroví je další byt, se kterým apartmán sousedí. Hosté oceňují výhled na rybník, procházky či cyklistiku v blízkých lesích, nebo možnost návštěvy okolních kulturních památek. Dům stojí na vesnici nedaleko Jindřichova Hradce. Příjemně si odpočinete, ať už projíždíte, nebo chcete zůstat na pár dní.

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed. The open plan ground floor has a fireplace, fully equiped kitchen with coffee machiner and dishwasher, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Der Bungalow zur alleinigen Nutzung befindet sich direkt am Lehenhüttl-teich in absoluter Ruhelage und gehört gemeinsam mit dem Wohnhaus der Eigentümer zum erhaltenswerten Gebäude im Grünland. Nachbarn gibt es keine (Einzellage). Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

Von der Unterkunft aus lässt es sich bestens zu den verschiedensten Ausflügen aufbrechen: in die Wachau, nach Krems oder ins Waldviertel. Aber auch die Hauptstadt Wien liegt nur eine Stunde entfernt.

Mitten im Herzen der wunderschönen Wachau, möchten wir sie in diesem neuen Apartment über den Dächern von Weißenkirchen herzlich willkommen heißen. Genießen Sie den herrlichen Ausblick von den Weinbergen bis zur Donau. Das mit viel Liebe errichtete Apartment (ca. 40m²) befindet sich im ruhigen, historischen Altstadtkern und ist mit Fußbodenheizung, Bad/WC sowie einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Nahversorger, urige Heurigen und Wander- bzw. Radwege sind ganz in der Nähe.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Crazy little house - you will love it!

The house is totaly unique. 3.13 x 3.23 m2, but 2 stocks - ground with bathroom - 1st floor kitchen and dininig room - 2nd floor bedroom (Queen size bed - big enough for two 180cmx160cm) and entry to balcony Here are some stairs in the house. Electrical heating in every room. Here is enough space only for two people.
