Welcome to our one bed apartment. The bedroom is spacious with built in wardrobes and internet ready TV. Now with your own private hot tub! The bathroom has an over the bath shower and a white finish. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric hob, oven, dishwasher and washer/tumble dryer. In the spacious lounge area is dining table and large sofa that can be mad, again an internet TV Outside is a patio area with table and chairs. Please note the apartment is accessed via an external staircase

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

The Nook at Newalls- luxury shepherd’s hut

Nestled in the hills 5 minutes outside Kendal, the hut sits in its own private meadow, enjoying far reaching views of the fells. Choose to hunker down in the hut with a book, play board games and unplug from the rest of the world or use it as a base to explore Kendal and the beautiful Lake District National Park. Step inside and you'll find a snug and cosy retreat with King sized bed, log burner and underfloor heating. Outside, enjoy the dark skies from the patio and the private fire pit area.

The Old Farm Office at Cronkshaw Fold Farm

Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. The Hut offers the best of all worlds: it borders a nature reserve, is just 0.7 miles from Lancaster station, is a 10 minute walk from the historic city centre, with its many cafés and museums and a stone's throw from the Lancaster Canal where you can amble along taking in the wildlife, boats and pubs. The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.
