Walking distance to Kollen Park and the Holland Farmers Market. Lake Michigan beaches are a short drive. PET FRIENDLY with a fenced yard!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Your own private entrance from the mudroom. Only a mile from 8th St Holland. The large living area will provide you a great space to relax with a new 85" TV. Comfy bedroom with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom. The second sleeping space is a queen memory foam Koala sleeper. The backyard you can use as your own. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet place to relax this is it. No full kitchen only a kitchenette.

On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. A terrific play park right across the street. Downtown Holland only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park or Ottawa State Park. Bedroom two has a queen. The sofa sleeper is also a queen with a memory foam mattress. For the yoga enthusiast the side deck is the perfect space to get centered. The cottage is located in walking distance of Clearbrook Golf Course and just a short drive to Oval Beach or downtown Saugatuck.
