Peaceful 2 bdrm apartment 8 mins from Queenstown

Self contained 2 bedroom apartment below an alpine style family home. Modern, comfortable and beautifully peaceful with everything you need for a relaxing retreat getaway. Look out for Fantails, Tui or Kereru birds over the large garden or forest walk. Children can enjoy a playground space, sandpit and toys. Lakefront at the end of driveway with stunning walks and mountain bike trails accessible by foot. A perfect holiday location only 8 min drive to QT central along the famous Glenorchy rd.

Cosy loft studio with bathroom, completely private and separate from our family home, with own entry. Gorgeous mountain views. Milky Way stargazing. Quiet neighbourhood. Please note, there is no kitchen, just a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge / freezer. It also has a tv with Netflix and a selection of films. Easy access to golf, walking, skiing, Queenstown & Frankton. Please review our location on the map before you book. There is a regular bus but it works best to have a car.

Our private studio apartment has everything you need for a relaxing get away. It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. We have a cardeck to park on, instructions will be with your check in details for parking. This is a home, not hotel so we hope you enjoy 😀

It's privacy & character ensures you feel relaxed so be left in no doubt that you'll have a nice experience looking at the view from your private balcony while sipping your fav drink. It's like a hotel room with limited kitchen facilities & no laundry

Guest suite in Jacks Point

A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , kitchenette studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite includes a dining table, sofa and a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, jug and toaster. NO oven or cook top. The bathroom includes underfloor heating and hair dryer. The suite has its own private entrance with key in a lockbox.

PLEASE NOTE Max 2 adults 1 child (and 1 infant) - Enjoy all of the modern creature comforts of this newly renovated one bedroom apartment. With open plan kitchen, living and dining, and separate bedroom with ensuite and laundry facilities you will have everything you need for adventure stays, relaxing weekends or business trips. Enjoy the mountain outlook by the cosy fireplace, wander 5 minutes down to the lakeside or just a 5 minute drive to the centre of town and all it has to offer.

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.
