I live in NJ close to my parents, and my sister lives in Tallahassee. To make it easier for my parents (who are separated) to see my sister and their grandchildren, I surprised them with the keys to a "his and her" condo in the same complex. You won't find an Airbnb in the area with more abundant amenities because I wanted to give my parents the home away from home they have always dreamed of. If the listing is available, my family isn't in town, and so this beautiful condo is available to use!

This is an entire house, minus one bedroom/bathroom that’s rented separately. It has no access inside. Two different private front doors. No shared spaces. You will have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining, living, and laundry rooms to yourself. Please be courteous & respectful of noise at front door and living room. Come enjoy our Moroccan inspired getaway, The Casa Blanca! This beautifully decorated home is a quick 15 minute walk to the FSU stadium, a 5 minute walk to various restaurants, a 7 minute drive to FAMU, and a 10 minute drive to downtown. The home is equipped with TVs in each room, a fully stocked kitchen, a coffee bar, and shampoo and conditioner. Enjoy spending evenings relaxing on the newly built deck out back and have convenient access to two assigned parking spots in front of the home!

Located in a quiet neighborhood and the middle of town. The house has been remodeled and I am working on a carport with a solar panel roof. There is some construction happening outside though not while guests are present.
