It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.

Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet.
